We're a little less than a year at Light + Building in Frankfurt, but the party has already begun! Maybe you do not know, but connected to the international exhibition on lighting which is based in Frankfurt every two years, alternating with Euroluce so to speak, takes place Luminal, festival lighting inspired by the famous Fête des Lumiere of Lyon.
Luminal, like any self-respecting festival of enlightenment, is born from the desire to convey to as many people as possible the culture of light, and so by 2002 the success was enormous, edition after edition has been exponential growth in 2006 included about 180 projects and installations, and 160 events with them in 2008 (latest edition) has seen the creation of less than 270 installations and 180 events. Installations of light and color not only in Frankfurt, but across the Rhine-Main region and in other German cities twinned event: Offenbach, Rüsselsheim, Mainz and Wiesbaden.
Ah ... how nice it would be able to express their talent, their creativity with hundreds of lights and colors and music, maybe it was possible to participate in an event of this magnitude ...
